Diane is a board-certified graduate of Washington State University – College of Pharmacy.

Her career began in retail pharmacy, advancing to regional operations oversight and development of clinical programs. Diane also worked in specialty clinic pharmacy, academia, and had her own consulting business before entering into hospital pharmacy. Currently, Diane practices as a hospital medication safety officer in addition to career coaching.

In her coaching role, Diane takes a personal interest in supporting pharmacy professionals to achieve their career potential through innovative strategies, with a focus on values-based goal setting and feedback. Her experience in various healthcare settings and roles allows for insight into what is possible in bringing more joy into a career.

Diane lives in Washington State with her family and her dog. Outside of work and coaching she enjoys being outside either on the water or in the mountains, appreciating the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Diane also spends time volunteering in community organizations.
